“Receptionist very rude. Only had one bath towel for two people. Asked for more towels twice. Also asked for an ice bucket. Never received either one.
Room was filthy. AC vents were filthy. Stains on coverlet. Toilet wax stained. We didn’t attempt the breakfast. We wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.”
