I was aware of some of their amenities not being available due to renewal and I was fine with it. However, the rooms are very small and the mattress was completely beat up and one just sinks in the middle. The carpets very dusty and the toilet was too small and too low. The price was right. Definitely not a 3-star or even a star at the moment but a good budget motel for the time being. The location is very safe and quiet.

Nous avons passés une nuit au sein de cette établissement, nous avions deux chambres. Accueil chaleureux surtout à notre heure tardive d’arrivée. Chambre de qualité, la literie était incroyablement confortable ! Établissement en travaux pendant notre passage mais aucun impact sur notre séjour! Je recommande !

Very worn down, dark, old and in need of renovations. Which will be done over the next yr. No amenities available, no pool, no restaurant...we werent advised until after we booked it and couldnt get a refund. Then, our room had a view of a cement wall. The hotel was not that busy, on a Sunday night, that they couldnt have given us a better room/ view. Hair in sink and a very loud bar fridge that we had to unplug. Its a no from me!

Cet hôtel est en rénovation et tous les services annoncés sur Hotel.com étaient fermés. Nous étions très déçus notamment pour la piscine. Dès que la réservation fut payée sur Hotel.com, nous avons reçu un message de l'hôtel nous avisant que tout était fermé, mais après avoir payé. Hotel.com aurait dû nous donner l'heure juste. Nous aurions très certainement choisi un autre hôtel. Par contre, l'hôtel comme tel et la chambre étaient tout à fait correct.

The property is a quiet conservation area so you should place info photos of the birds / photos of wildlife ? Have more waterfall effects history of the land USE solar lighting FOR YOUR GARDENS WHEN COMPLETED.

Hotel closing down
The service from the staff was exceptional! However, the condition of the hotel was not the best. It is in definite need of repairs and updating which i am sure Hilton will do as they have bought this property. All thier amenities were closed due to the renovations by Hilton...including the rstaurant and pool. This was not noted on the Hotels.com website which was disappointing. But the Ambassador management did contact me to make sure i was aware of the issues prior to my stay.
