Sandy the innkeeper was so nice and friendly. She made me feel welcomed. The place was warm and beautiful. The breakfasts was delicious.. it was a great time. I will come back again.

This was absolutely amazing I booked this for a engagement and I couldnt have asked for more.Sandy was simply the best made us feel at home and some. She went above and beyond to make our stay beautiful from flowers in the room to pictures for us around the house before departing. The food was delicious and fresh made breakfast was great. Unlimted coffee tea ice what ever you need snack soda all included. Thanks again for the amazing experience will be back soon.

Glad to Stay at Fairlawn again!

Funky and fun old house. Glad to return. Sandy (owner/host) was very friendly and helpful. Excellent hot breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea.

Comfortable homey stay

This place takes hospitality to a whole new level. Sandy, who checked me in and manages the property, was extremely kind and attentive. Cute place and delicious home cooked breakfast! Couldn’t have asked for better. Will definitely be back.

The owner hostress were very pleasant, attentive and caring, guiding us even at late night when we had arrived. Very delicious in house-made breakfast cooked fresh per personal order. Very nice room settings and firm comfortable matress. Both AC unit and openable windows satisfies any individual preferences for temperature and fresh air.

The nicest B&B ever!

Very Victorian… original furniture from that period. Beautiful livingrooms, porches, and a pool table in one of the livingrooms. They served breakfast off what appeared to be a basic menu but when the food came out, the flavors were exceptional, fresh, well seasoned, tasty and just delicious. Her breakfast was exceptional. Very clean rooms, not huge but adequate. I suffer from back problems and was pleased find the mattress to be very very comfortable. Spotless bathrooms. A lot of available parking. The owner, Sandy,waits on her guests hand and foot. I would definitely stay here again.
