We absolutely loved our time there and would stay again. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bedding was soft. The scenery during breakfast is beautiful and relaxing. We did not feel rushed and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we were running late for the Thousand Island Boat Tour and worried we would miss breakfast they offered to box up our food instead.

Beautiful location and the staff was super helpful. There was no refrigerator in our room but we asked about it at the desk and then they brought us one! Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good and free parking across the street for customers of the Inn. Would definitely stay there again!

The Inn is so unique and quaint. It has nice rooms, the staff were helpful , parking convenient and breakfast was satisfying. If you are a coffee lover bring your own . And n my opinion, if didn’t match the rest of the experience.

Even early in the season, the hotel was clean and neat and full of wonderful views of Lake Ontario. The staff was attentive to anything that needed to be rectified and would happily book here again.

I was really disappointed arriving at this hotel. I was so excited about staying at a waterfront hotel and spa, but it looks like a dirty motel from the parking lot. The interior is in massive need of a clean and renovation. Breakfast, which was nice to order off a menu, was maybe a 6/10, of a mediocre diner quality. The rooms are fine and the beds relatively comfortable. The most positive part is that the staff are friendly and the waterfront docks area was really nice.

The staff and room was great. The grounds were very bad for overgrown bushes and grass. The breakfast in the morning was stone cold when it came. The amount of garbage in the water cove was horrible The price charged for this place was extremely high for what you recieved. Paint chips came off of the muskoka chairs. Sorry but never again for that price.

We were disappointed with our unfriendly welcome at the Gananoque Inn. The receptionist was not friendly demanding my licence card and credit card. When we were leaving she refused to print our receipt.The walkways outside were unsafe and the stairway was very dirty going up to our room and there was feces on the lid of the toilet seat.The service in the diningroom was very friendly and helpful.
