Best and Breakfast at its Best--European style!

This is a lovely European style bed and breakfast run by lovely Agnes and her delightful husband. Clean and comfortable, with beautiful grounds in a picturesque high valley of the northern Catskills between Windham High Peak and Thomas Cole Montains. Our breakfast was delicious blueberry pancakes and great chats with the owner/operators and fellow guests. A great experience!

We were greeted by the owner with a smile and very helpful information to make our stay excellent. She sat down with us to help us plan our hiking experience. The room was extremely clean and set up nicely. The food was delicious and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were the best ever! A wonderful stay and I recommend it highly.

What a wonderful place to stay! Our hosts were absolutely fantastic and a complete pleasure to talk to. We felt like family for the duration of our stay. The property was so cute, clean and well maintained and there was a little path to the creek in the back. Breakfast was delicious and fresh (eggs from their own chickens!). Convenient location to all of our favorite spots in the Catskills including our hikes to Plattekill Falls and Windham High Peak. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else who wants to feel at home in the mountains.

What an amazing B&B just love the hosts were just lovely and very personable. Agnes made some Polish snacks when we got there. Loved walking down and sitting by the creek, so peaceful. Fun seeing the chickens and their garden. Had an absolutely great breakfast - their chicken eggs were soooo delicious. Everything from the coffee, fruit dish, eggs and bacon was the best. Would definitely recommend this place and if we are ever up this was in NY again will come back here.

I have never had such a warm welcome from a B&B as I got at Mountain Treasure. Everything was amazing here, and the hosts couldn't do enough for me, from tips on where to go mountain biking, to actually driving me to a trail head to go hiking so I didn't have to walk a loop. Heavenly breakfasts and great coffee in the mornings too. Also, very strong, fast wifi in my room. Would definitely go back again.

My wife and I felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and walked in the door. Agnes was so inviting and warm, and made sure that all of our questions were answered. She made a great breakfast (fresh eggs from her and her husband’s coop, etc.) She surprised us with a nice mid-afternoon dessert when we walked in the door, after exploring the area. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. It felt very personal and private. We would highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Agnus is amazing.I was super sad and just grieving and had no destination as to wear my night was ending. I booked last minute and she was so welcoming at started to cry instantly. It is quiet and safe so any females traveling alone she us safe and the creek is wonderful !

Anges was an amazing host! Mountain Treasure Bed and Breakfast" was fantastic, and the creek and its surroundings gave it the perfect touch. Anges is well versed with many activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming), attractions (historic sites), restaurants, etc. nearby.
