Breakfast “cooler” was a real treat. The atmosphere of the inn was relaxed and very inviting with a parlour area where we had a delightful cocktail before a most enjoyable dinner at the restaurant which is part of the inn. Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish.

My husband and I chose this place for our October getaway. It was a great choice. This is the place to go if you would like to enjoy a quiet cozy weekend. It is located about 25 minutes away from Kingston and so we were able to venture out on daily trips and come back to a very welcoming room and staff. The rooms are lovely, very well maintained and clean and in the morning you receive a continental breakfast which will include everything you need to last you till lunch time. Highly recommended. Absolutely wonderful ! Thank you

This place is magnificent. We stayed in one of the guest suites and it was very cozy and comfortable. The Inn is visually stunning and deeply rooted in local history. We loved sitting on the patio to have our morning coffee and to finish our night with a drink. John and Steve are gracious hosts who make you feel at home and are genuinely happy to have you stay at their Inn. We highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

A great experience, not a hotel, it was like an Inn, Victorian House. Lovely staff, wonderful room with 2 exceptional double beds, like sleeping in a cloud, with lots of amazing pillows. In the morning we received at the door a small cooler with Prosecco, orange juice, muffins & fruit. Pertect way to start the day. Definitely would recommend this lovely Inn when visiting Gananoque, 1000 Island.

It is a beautifully maintained property. The owners are very accommodating and try their absolute best to fulfill your request. The interior of the Inn is exquisitely decorated with antiques which have a story behind them. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing. The Inn Keepers are very professional and very interesting to talk to.

It was just wonderful. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The staff was warm and friendly. One of our favourite things was the breakfast cooler delivered to our room. Giving the option from breakfast in bed to enjoying it in the beautiful courtyard or if preferred, inside. As a smoker, I particularly appreciated the acceptance and courtesy to permit me to enjoy the beautiful setting in an equally beautiful part of the courtyard. I just loved our stay and the owners are wonderful people.

The Wood View House is a stunningly beautiful B&B. Our hosts we welcoming and helpful; and our bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The house is convenient to downtown, and an easy walk to the dock the boat tours leave from. As a bonus there is a very nice intimate restaurant that serves delicious food at dinner.

This is a beautiful inn. A quick walk to Gananoque Main Street. Tastefully decorated. Lovely flower beds and planters with water basins and fountains. There is a well rated restaurant on site. Friendly hosts. Very clean place. Quiet. We only stayed one night. Our room was small but nicely arranged and decorated. We slept very well. We enjoyed good coffee self serve on the patio along a picnic breakfast in a cooler. We hope to return some day for a longer stay.

Great location with ample on-site parking and only a 10 min walk to the marina and the small town centre which also has several bars and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to Kingston Prior to our arrival, we had not realized they also have a well known, local restaurant in-house, which was able to.accommodate us on our first night .. Throughout our short 2 night stay, we found the food to be excellent ( and able to accommodate my wife's need for gluten free meals) and the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. They also provided a simple breakfast option, which you can choose to eat in your room, the dining area or the back terrace! I was also personally struck by the obvious care, quality (and attention to detail) of the renovation work the 2 owners had put into the property! This place is definitely worth a visit ! We will be back.
