“House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive. ”

The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. ”

He even reached out to let us know we had forgotten something upon checkout. The home was quaint and in a great location- easy to walk to any food, coffee, stores, and the water. “Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected……
