「It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. 部屋の大きさの割に加湿器が小さい、もしくは、数が少ないと感じた。暖房を付けていたので、けっこう乾燥しました。

「Even though I contacted them late the night before to say that I would not be able to receive the necessary emails due to personal reasons, they were very kind and responded appropriately, and I was able to enjoy my trip without any problems!
洗濯機や洗濯用品、その他食器も用意いただいていたので、2日以上の家族向けの滞在に非常に気配りがされた施設でした。
USJへ直通の電車の駅につきましても徒歩5分以内なので立地も良好でした。」
