"There was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made."

"The owner of the property and I spoke before making a reservation and he ensured me that all issues will be fixed before my stay. Once I arrived at the property, there were no staff on sight expect for the security guard. They were no power and their generator wasn't working. When the power was restored, the Wi-Fi wasn't available. I asked what's going on with the Wi-Fi? they promised me that I'll have Wi-Fi connection the next day in the morning.
