“入住第二日發現房間冷氣機有異常，不停發生聲響。即時與職員溝通，職員不停叫我們打開窗及風扇就涼快。但我們三番四次表示不是溫度問題，而是聲音嘈吵。提出可否換房間遭到拒絕。幾晚都不太熟睡，太大聲音，所有人都感到非常困擾及失望。 另外，介意房間窗外對住墓地、石碑的人要慎重考慮。”

“個人覺得床褥實在太軟太軟，床褥亦有較多污漬 ，地點方便， 環境寧靜， 但因為冇電梯， 樓梯極狹窄，故不能攜帶行李喼”

“The listing say it sleeps 10. We were a family of 5 and we stretched the sleep arrangements. Maybe if were college kids on spring break we could get 10. The guide the renter provided was accurate and made the stay enjoyable. Without it we would have had issues. The distance to the Skytree and the train station was extremely convenient. The apartment was clean and all the facilities worked well. The kitchen sink leaked, but created no issues for us. I would recommend this place to people……

“Everything was perfect. Our room was big, spacious, very clean, and very centrally located. Our family loved everything about this hotel. We walked to many nearby attractions, and shopping was all around us. Communication before and during our stay was very much appreciated. We can't wait to stay again.”

“The self check-in process was slightly unclear. Took maybe 5 minutes at the front of the building troubleshooting with my friends. However, after that one complicated step, the rest of the accomodation was amazing. The location makes you feel like a local and the apartment itself was cozy and had all the essentials. If you stay here, make sure to check out Suehiro Sushi. It is only a few blocks south and was for sure the best sushi we had on our entire trip.”
