"This hotel was an excellent stay in a great location! The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and they even accommodated my early check-in, which I really appreciated. We lost hot water one day, but as soon as we informed reception, they fixed it immediately. The bus stop is just five minutes away, and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you want comfort, convenience, and great service in Prague!"

"Clean, very quiet, very friendly staff. Great location within walking distance of trams, Old Town, and river views. Great breakfast. Only minor inconvenience is that the AC thermostat only functions in the summer, so in the late autumn you need to open a window if it gets too warm in the room. "

"This was second time staying at this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly, rooms were clean, nice location. Walking distance to old town, all shops, restaurants, tourist attractions When I booked the room, booked WTH breakfast (even have a picture that shows breakfast was included) but when tried to have breakfast, we were told that breakfast was not included and Expedia had sent them the wrong code. It was disappointing, but I believe this was Expedia’s mess up, tried to get a hold of them while we were there but were not successful so we ended up having breakfast outside, paid 17 euros for one breakfast that we had at the hotel. I do recommend to book with breakfast included as it is a complete, good breakfast. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Once we got our bearings, it was not difficult to travel via trams to the various sightseeing spots. The breakfast is quite good with many options. If we ever return to Prague, I will stay here again."
