Charming cottage with private terrace, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in Kintzheim

We offer you an independent cottage, attached to the owner’s house, located in Kintzheim, a charming village on the wine route at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg. This air-conditioned 70 m² cottage accommodates up to 4 guests.



The accommodation, built in 2012, is fully equipped:



- Ground floor:

* Modern, fully equipped kitchen

* Private 20 m² terrace with green area, garden furniture, and barbecue at your disposal



- Upstairs:

* Living room with 102 cm flat-screen TV

* Comfortable sofa

* 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds

* Bathroom with shower and toilet



Private parking available in the courtyard.



Baby equipment (cot and high chair), Wi-Fi connection, and washing machine are provided.



Towels are provided free of charge and beds are made upon your arrival. Air conditioning is available on request. Underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort.



Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



Many tourist attractions are nearby, such as Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, the Eagle Park, Sélestat, Colmar, Strasbourg, Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Ribeauvillé, Kaysersberg, and Mont-Saint-Odile.



The large amusement park in Germany is 45 minutes away.
