「The hotel was very nice and it was so nice to have a swim in the pool when we arrived. The hotel was very clean and the facilities and standarts was very high. A perfect hotel to the price! The owner of the hotel was so kind and helpful, and helped us to arrange a full day safari through the hotel in Yala National Park. We were extremely lucky and had the best driver on our Safari, he knew everything about the animals, the nature in the park and knew exactly where to find them. On top of that...

「Well, we should have a good experience there since it locates in the nature. But the management is poor because they charged us twice! I booked the hotel on hotels.com and paid immediately, but after coming back our country, I checked my bills and found the hotel charged one more time through my credit card! After complaining this situation to hotel.com, the hotel is still processing and hasn's reply for one week! What a shame!」

「We had a wonderfully relaxing few days. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were most enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean and the water was hot. It was lovely to be able to sit out on a balcony and read. The manager arranged a great safari to Bandula National Park and provided us with a very tasty breakfast to take with us. On leaving, they were able to arrange transport to our next hotel. The recently extended and beautifully decorated hotel is located in a quiet area...
