What we need is the parking lot for cars. The parking slot is quite full. I just managed to find the last parking slot in the primary parking site. JPY 300 per night is affordable, just wonder why not make it free.
I was checking in at around 9pm. At that time, there was only one lady staff. When she was working on my check-in, there was another male staff bringing another period (guest?) and interrupting her. For me, a quick enquiry is fine, but the interruption took over 5 minutes. I can’t keep my patience and suggested the lady staff to continue my check-in first and then take care of another staff. Then, she finished my check-in in just a minute.
I used to think Japanese customer service is great and surprised she couldn’t prioritise and kept a tired customer waiting for some not urgent enquiry.
