"Clean room. Water in shower was barely luke warm. Could not adjust any hotter. Very loud. Running in hallway late at night and stomping up the stairs near our room. Then again around 6:00am. Pillows flat. No comfort or support. Bed was comfortable. "

"Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. Parking was a little limited from construction vehicles. We travel to Greensboro often, I think we found our new place to stay."

"Bed was extremely high off the floor. Difficult for someone with mobility issues to get onto. Great shower but to turn the water on one has to enter the shower and experience cold water to operate until warm water flows."

"The hotel is very nice and clean, although we had a few misfortunes during our stay. The elevators were being renovated so we had to use the stairs. Upon check in, the gentlemen informed me that he sent an email but while traveling, I hadn't checked it so this was the first we heard it. A phone call would have been better. (I later found the email in my spam folder) But it was fine so we stayed anyways. The room was clean but our toilet kept over flowing for some reason. A kind gentlemen came up quickly to take care of it. The TV remote was not responding, but the front desk clerk was kind enough to come up to check it out and gave us another one to use. The breakfast was hot and everything was fresh. Even with all the mishaps, I would stay here again but hope my next experience will be better. "
