Rose residence, is our spacious apartment located in the small town Kissamos in the west Crete, just 850 metres from the seaside, close to the island's best beaches.
Rose residence is a three-bedroom and two-bathroom house. The balconies the comfortable terrace and the ROOFTOP TERRACE offers guests wonderful panoramic views of Kissamos bay and the nearby mountains.Τhe vintage design of the house, with classic and carved furniture adds a sense of luxury and relaxation to your holiday.
Ideal for families or group of friends! We also offer you free of charge 2 bicycles to join your rides in the nearby area!

Beautiful,clean and well equipped, Rose residence has an interior living space of 140sm. All around it there is a green area of pine trees,daphnes, roses,mulberry trees etc . providing a relaxing environment.

You will find 3 bedrooms,all air-conditioned, with units (cool and heating) of 9.000 BTU each. There is 1 large bedroom with a double size bed and 2 smaller, one with two single beds and the other with bunk beds. The brand new mattresses ensure a comfortable environment for sleep. All of the bedrooms have spacious closets. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your favourite glass of drink! A 7th person can sleep on the coach in the living room if needed.

Enjoy the panoramic sea views from the ROOFTOP TERRACE while relaxing in the sun loungers. On the terrace, you may have breakfast or dinner watching the sunset as well as the incredible view of Kissamos bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the most electrical appliances such as dish washer,espresso machine,coffee machine,toaster etc.There is complete set of crockery and glasses.

It has 2 bathrooms one with a bath tube and one with a shower . There is hot water by solar pannel heater, but also there is electrical heater.
The bright huge living room with dining area offers comfortable sitting for relaxation.

Our apartment is located 800 metres from the nearest sandy beach of kissamos bay,in a quiet neighbourhood just 10 minutes walk from the center of kissamos,where you can find super and mini markets,car rentals,traditional cretan restaurants etc. The location is in a perfect position to reach all famous beaches, Elafonisi,Balos and Falasarna that western crete has to offer. Also you may have the experience of Samaria and Sirikari gorges.
