「We enjoyed 8 days at this condo. It was nice to fix our own meals. We had enough space to spread out. We were able to wash clothes regularly. Our daughter loved going to the resort to play in the lazy river. Those who didn’t want to go, they could stay at the condo and relax. 「The condo was perfect for our visit to Florida. It was even nicer than the pictures described and the accommodations were lovely. Fully stocked kitchen with a nice variety of snacks for us and plenty of coffee pods! I specially liked the main bedroom decor and the plush towels in both bathrooms. We definitely recommend this to others. If we’re ever in this area again we would stay here!」

「Overall the space was pretty clean. There are a few areas that could use improvement, such as stain marks on the carpeting and flooring. The handle in the guest shower that controls the temp was loose, a child could not shower there bc it wasn’t working. TV in master was not working and remote was missing. "The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager downstairs. They told me to contact the third party (Expedia). I quickly reached out to Expedia, and they informed me that I could pay the difference (the $160 fee for Sunday night would be treated as a penalty) and change my reservation to Saturday check-in (with a new charge of $230). However, everyone kept shifting responsibility and insisted on charging the penalty fee (the entire cost of Sunday night as a penalty). I simply wanted to move the date one day earlier, not cancel the reservation, and I was willing to pay the price difference since Saturday was more expensive than Sunday, but they refused. The entire experience was very disappointing, and I am also dissatisfied with Expedia’s service. I would advise others to be extra cautious when booking to avoid a negative travel experience.We did not check in for that night, but the charge was still applied as usual."
