"Great staff super friendly and helpful room was clean and compact and comfy I would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles as I was travelling solo. I had all the facilities to make tea and coffee in the room but no kettle , this was mentioned to reception but they couldn’t find a spare so every time you wanted a drink it required getting dressed and going to the free tea and coffee station at reception "

"When we checked in and needed help, the receptionist was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond helping us take the bus to the mall and was extremely helpful all through out. The warmth she had extended made the experience more like a 5 star ⭐ experience. She was amazing! I hope I got her name but I haven't. She helped us with our check in on Oct 15 @345-4pm. "

"This hotel MADE our stay in Oslo! Gorgeous inside & out, beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds, fabulous breakfast & sunrise & sunset views across the entire city. We didn’t want to leave. Easy walk to the train which is a 30 minute journey to the centre of oslo. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are self service kisoks in the hote to check in and outl. The staff seemed to be on hand to help you without even asking. Location is very good, close to train stations, bus stops and tram stops. The room was clean. Would recommend."
