“1. Murasaki house does not exist anymore. The owner was changed buy i was still charged for it.
2. The was no staff present
3. We actually went inside that property ( the door was open) and it looked completly unsanitary.
4. We found out it was a scam and after 4 days of extesibely explaining expedia of what happened we finally got our money back.
