"I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "

"An affordable stay for the purpose of my short trip to TeamLab Hidden Traces of Rice Terraces. Conveniently located near the train station. Received a warm welcome when I arrived. "毎年夏休みに利用させて頂いてます。私達が宿泊するハワイアンズのホテルの方は創業当時からの建物の様で設備の古さは否めません。今回は東1号棟の7階禁煙ルームです。こちらのお部屋は窓や屋根からの熱気でとても暑かったです。エアコンが効かないレベルです。なので、扇風機をら2台貸して頂き、何とか暑さはしのげました。壁が薄いので隣ではしゃぐ子供の声が聞こえます。食事は朝夕ビュッフェでお腹いっぱい食べられメニューもなかなか趣向を凝らしているなと思いました。特に子供にはチョコレートファウンテンが大人気で大喜びでした。1泊2日丸々プールでも存分に遊べ、大人は温泉でゆっくりでき大満足です。また来年も来ます。"

"High class building and services. Good location as near Iwaki station, museum and restaurant area, but quiet at night. The breakfast has western and japanese style that we can make own seafood rice bowl, Donburi! Also, they provided some ethnic Fukushima food. I recommend it!"
