"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "We stayed here with our two kids (aged 8 and 10) when we went to visit friends in Yukuhashi. We booked two twin rooms (the biggest they had) and had one adult and one child per room. I think there are only two twin rooms per floor, so we were across the corridor from each other which was convenient. The rooms were bigger than we expected and included a built-in desk and chair, a tiny fridge and a kettle. The buffet breakfast (included) was fantastic. Traditional Japanese breakfast including...

" とても清潔で家族4人で泊まるには十分な広さです。真横の駐車場が空いてないと、少し離れたコインパーキングに停めないといけないのと、タブレット入力によるチェックインは、子ども含めて全員の個人情報を一つずつ入れていく形なので、部屋に行く前にやたら時間がかかってしまったのが残念でした。海外からの方はパスポートの写真を撮ったりと、更に時間がかかります。住所など、コピペで済む情報は手間をカットしてもらうなどしていただくと、更に便利だと感じました。"

The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. Bus services provided by Nishitetsu and Kitakyushu city allow one to travel easily to other major towns."
