"It was actually very central to us using the train to get to all the areas we wanted to see. The only thing that would have been nice is if the staff knew a little English, but with google translate we sort of got around a few issues at checking in and checking out because it’s an automated system but the machines weren’t working 100 percent. Absolutely recommend it though. "

"We spend five nights at this beautiful, spacious and convenient property. The breakfast was incredible and plenty of food to choose from and also their staff is incredibly prompt and helpful. "Very easy access direct from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. After a long International flight and going through customs and immigration, this hotel is an easy walk indoors. Check in by kiosk with plenty of friendly help available. All staff very kind. Room is small, clean, and efficient. Everything needed, including bottled water. Only downside was My room had only a window through the bathroom and view of another building and roof top. Other choices may have better window arrangements, however, this arrangement provided enough natural light, just no pleasant view. Cost was reasonable. Food at morning buffet was excellent and plentiful with variety of Western and Asian options. I would definitely stay here again."
