The apartment was very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. The check in procedure was clearly communicated with no problems. It is situated close to shopping amenities and conveniently located for travel to local nature reserves and the university. Toronto city centre and Niagara Falls are within easy reach for a day trip.There is a balcony to the rear of the property with a view across a garden area so nice to sit out.

Fall Visit

My Mom’s 87 year old friend and her daughter age 67 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Mom from out of town. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk away.

Great location, listing pics accurate, responsive management

We stayed at this location which was close to Waterloo campus and super convenient - Walmart and shoppers not more than 3 minutes away by car. Clear easy instructions to check in. Had a question about garbage night and management promptly responded! The place was pretty clean, good lighting. Would recommend.

Great accommodation & stay

Stayed for 3 nights. Place was more or less as indicated in pictures. Plenty of space for me and my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant). Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with short drive to shopping plaza with Walmart/Shoppers and other eateries. Very glad we got this instead of hotel. Only "negative" is faux leather couches are a tad worn but are usable and comfortable. Overall great experience, would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Budget-Friendly Apartment

This beautifully modernized apartment is in a great location with ample parking and is surrounded by pretty gardens and mature trees. The unit is spacious with stylish furnishings, quiet comfy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, a quaint balcony for morning coffee time, and a small but adequate bathroom. The unit is on the top level of a three story building so it’s nice and quiet. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Management was friendly and very quick to reply. As with most places, a few minor repairs are needed but overall it is an ideal budget friendly place to stay in Waterloo and I highly recommend booking this unit.

Beautifully renovated, clean and comfortable

In town touring the local universities and this was a much better option for us then a hotel. Lots of space, clean and comfortable. Beautifully renovated and property manager made sure made we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go this route again next time.
