Our stay was unfortunately affected by several issues related to the building’s electronic access systems.When we arrived for check-in after a long trip from the United States, we discovered that the electronic key programming system was not working. As a result, we had to wait a long time before we could access the apartment. The host was responsive and tried to help, but there was little they could do because the problem was caused by a system-wide electronic failure.Eventually, a security guard let us into the apartment, but the access problems continued. One person had to remain inside because the mobile key/app did not work reliably and frequently froze. Accessing the garage also required downloading a separate application, something I only learned about a few hours before our arrival.The apartment itself was fine overall. We did experience a minor issue with the toilets, which sometimes required multiple attempts to flush properly, but we eventually got used to it.While the apartment was acceptable, the heavy reliance on technology created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In the future, I would probably choose a hotel, where access and check-in procedures tend to be more predictable and reliable. Unfortunately, because of the repeated electronic system failures, I cannot recommend this property.
