“We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from……

“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

“This is absolutely the most adorable guest house!! We stayed four nights. Impeccable attention to detail!! The location is in great proximity to the Market, the space needle, Alki beach and under two hour drive to Mount Rainer. We would definitely stay again. ”

“The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. “Dwain was very helpful before and during our stay. The unit is really cozy but with enough space that we were able to have a few friends in for appetizers one evening and weren't on top of each other. The second bedroom was reconfigured to 2 twin beds which worked well for us. Easy access to everywhere we needed to be on this trip. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on future trips.”
