Main floor hallways absolutely reeked like cigarette smoke, hotel needs to hire someone to upgrade/fix their HVAC system because the ventilation in there is awful. 1 of the 2 waterslides was down for repair with no notification whatsoever which was unfortunate because it was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel, for my kids to enjoy them. The pool deck is a death trap, absolutely deadly slippery once the water gets on……

“Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation.”
