Fantastic location, fantastic setting, FABULOUS HOUSE! Cannot say enough. We had a wonderful week here. We cooked/grilled most nights. Well equipped kitchen and geared for entertaining. Steps to a beautiful beach.

As advertised

House looks just as it does online. Beach is short walk from house. Plenty of beach towels. Beds are comfortable and the table is great for a big family dinner. 15-20 mins to Portsmouth.

Tranquility in a beautiful setting in Maine.

The house has a wonderful open floor plan with tons of windows and light. Plenty of space to spread out. You find it hard to go anyplace it is so peaceful and we loved just staying home and getting lobster and enjoying the wonderful space. Kitchen is huge with plenty of working space and table is very large. We were a small group 3 adults and 1 child, but you could easily have 8 to 10 people comfortably. As to the distance to restaurants and stores, all within a 10 to 15 minute lovely drive through the countryside. Just a perfect stay in Maine.

Amazing home!

Absolutely beautiful home for our vacation with friends - spacious, lots of natural light, amazing ocean view. Loved the well-appointed kitchen - new appliances and a great array of high-quality cookware. Short walk to Seapoint Beach which was not super busy, tons of fun for the kids wading, swimming, and playing in the sand. We appreciated the extra towels and sheets available. This area is gorgeous in the summer, with lots of activities and delicious food a short drive away. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home, fabulous location

Everyone in our 3 generation family loved our week here. The kids got to explore the beach, the adults enjoyed the grill and patio. The house is outstanding with great amnenities, pictures don’t do it justice. Every comfort we wanted was right at our fingertips Even the malfunctioning coffee pot was replaced before the next morning’s breakfast. Not far from Kittery, Portsmouth, or York but we were happy to spend time right at the house.

Beautiful home

The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful location off the beaten path and about 20 minutes to the nearest big supermarket. Quiet area, amazing views and a beautiful property. Very good appliances and well stocked with cooking utensils. We all had terrible phone service in the house, but the Wi-Fi was excellent. The only TV is in the TV room which is not connected to the Kitchen/Great room. Good selection of board games, very good bluetooth-connected speakers in living room, wood burning fireplace all made for a great family home. Highly recommended.

spectacular Kittery house!

Our stay at Seapoint Beach was perfect for our family - grandparents, two kids and three small grandchildren. The house is even lovelier than it looks in the pictures! Spacious, especially well-equipped (great kitchen stuff, also toys and games), lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to run around, and best of all, just a block from a beautiful, quiet beach. Also, Donna Thibeault, the local Vacasa rep, was terrifically responsive and helpful. Altogether, a great stay!

Beautiful bit isolated

Large, beautiful home, close to beach. It is somewhat isolated, so be sure you have everything you need. It is several miles down narrow winding roads from any supplies such as groceries or pharmacy. When driving to it at night, the roads are very dark. Beautiful view with wall of glass doors in great room/dining room. However the locks are broken on two of the sliding doors, so are only locked with screen doors. Marble shower in Master Bath is beautiful, but it needs the drain cleaned, as water drains extremely slowly. Also sloped floor is very slippery with water on it. Needs anti slip strips or a robber mat. Had to hold onto something while moving around in shower. Also cell phone coverage is not good at this location on three different carriers. In spite of these few issues we would book it again.

Great family vacation

The property is beautiful and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 children (15,15,13, 11). Kitchen well stocked with everything you need for a group of 10. Lovely view and outdoor seating. Short walk to beach.

Family Maine Vacation

This house was just beautiful. Very spacious and modern. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The walk-in closets were amazing! If a few more selected trees could be removed, the views of the marsh and water would be spectacular. Too bad the green flys made staying at the beach impossible!
