「We absolutely loved our stay at the Rye Motor Inn. From the moment we arrived, it felt like one of those places where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxed, welcoming feel.
The pool and hot tub were incredible and quickly became our favorite part of the stay. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and made it so easy to truly unwind after a day of exploring.

「Darryl’s place in Portsmouth is lovely. Two of us stayed there, one in the bedroom and the other on the futon, both very comfortable; and, with two bathrooms it was pretty luxurious compared to having to share one hotel room as an alternative. 「Liked that the kitchen, dining and living room was all open and made it spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils one would need.
Bedrooms were nice. Adequate closet space.
Vinyl plank flooring throughout which is nicer than carpet for allergies and in case of spills.
Parking was easy. There was a nice deck with furniture to sit and you could see the ocean from the deck.

「The apartment is right in the middle of the shopping in downtown Portsmouth, but also looks out over the Piscataqua river and the tugboats. Though it’s in an 18th century building, it has been updated and is very comfortable. The cooking facilities are adequate, although I don’t think I’d prepare a Thanksgiving dinner there be aware that there are stairs to go up and they are somewhat steep, but I was stay here again without hesitation.」
