「I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. 「We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. 」

I asked him on things to do back in August and he gave us several ideas on what to do when we got here. The house and pool was amazing!! We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. 「This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.」

「Annual weekend for the seafood festival. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful unit with great style and amenities. We loved the front deck with table, seating and a grill. The rooms were well appointed with great mattresses and pillows. We loved it do much we wanted to move in! We will be back!!」
