「The outside property was in poor condition with junk laying around. The room was outdated and found cobwebs from the curtain rod to the ceiling. The walls were in dire need of paint, there were gouges and scuff marks throughout. The bed was hard and bedding was outdated. The air conditioning worked well but the hot water took about 15 minutes to get warm. There was an undisclosed charge for “cleaning” prior to check in, for having a medical alert service animal.
