Nice

House was as described. Only issues were ECO thermostat which was a pain because it kept having to be reset and didn’t seem to work well on top floor. Management company called me 4 days after my stay was over to fix electrical issue to outside outlets. Decent location and house.

Nice house but few issues

The house was located about a mile from Duck Village which was perfect. It also was super close to the pool and a decent walk to the beach. The cons were that the backyard was overrun with shrubs and weeds and therefore not useable for pets or small children. The deck is not in good shape and the railing is loose. It was not ideal for small children and everyone had to wear shoes at all times due to blisters. The AC was not working on day 1-3 but was eventually fixed. The dishwasher was broken and the maintenance guy who came over to fix the AC said someone would be out to fix the dishwasher and it never happened.
