The great room features an entertainment system with a smart TV, premium cable, Sonos, and WiFi, providing access to all your favorite shows and your music! The Sonos music system also includes the ability to stream two different music channels in selected rooms, satisfying everybody in the family. The top level deck off the great room makes dolphin watching simple for everybody in the family.
The mid level offers 4 en suites. Two of the bedrooms and a common area have access the mid level deck. The mid level common area is a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the top level.
he lower level is a great area for a family, featuring a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom with 4 beds and a private bath. The recreation room includes Xbox gaming, a wet bar, an ice maker, a full-sized refrigerator, and a pool table. Enjoy quick access to the outdoor pool deck and newly installed fire pit. The private, unheated pool is available from the second week of May to the second week of October. The pool size is approximately 12’ x 26’.
