Less than a five minute walk to both the uncrowded beach or to the sound-side dock where the sun sets into Currituck Sound. Large upper deck for sunning or guests can sip sweet tea under the fans in the screened porch. Amenities include sound-side outdoor pool/tennis club and extensive nature trails. Bikes, beach chairs and beach cart are available.

Guest Review: This house is not to be missed!! Perfect location for families and children. Immaculately clean and obviously well cared for. The three bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable matresses and pillows, as well as plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closests. The kids (7 and 11) loved sharing the kids room and having their own TV in their bedroom with it's own DVD player. The bathrooms were large and sparkling clean. The outside toilet and shower were also very handy. The upstairs was spacious with comfortable couches, a great kitchen and a very nice deck overlooking the pond and trees. Our favorite part was walking the nature path down to the pond and sitting in the chairs while the kids rode the bikes on the trail. Beautiful trees, shade and a lovely breeze. We also loved the beach chairs, kids wagon, bikes and beach caddy at the house. The beach entrance is literally right around the corner. The kids loved riding their bikes!! The soundside pool was beautiful and we spent a great day there. All in all, we have stayed in all areas in the Outer Banks and we have stayed oceanfront, but this was our most favorite house we have ever rented. Thank you Pappia!!
