BookSmart Properties presents Sandy Cheeks! A charming beach retreat nestled in a private cul-de-sac just moments from the shoreline. Enjoy ocean breezes from the primary suite’s private deck or unwind in the cozy living room after a beach day. With a light-filled open kitchen, spacious living areas, and a separate guest suite for added privacy, this home is perfect for a relaxing coastal escape close to the sand and surf.

The Space:
Tucked away in a private cul-de-sac yet still just a short distance from the beach, this coastal getaway offers both seclusion and convenience. The top floor features the private primary suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom and its own deck, the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. Adjacent to the suite is a spacious living room that overlooks the main level and offers beautiful ocean views.

On the mid-level, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen and dining area, along with a cozy sitting nook that's perfect for your morning coffee. Down the hall are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, along with a full bathroom. This level also opens to a partially wrap-around deck for outdoor relaxation.

For guests seeking extra privacy, the fourth bedroom is located just off the carport with its own separate entrance. This queen suite includes a kitchenette and a full bathroom, making it an ideal option for extended family or anyone wanting a little more space. Come and make lasting memories at this welcoming beach retreat.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The Neighborhood:
The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.

Getting Around:
The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Older home in Duck. Good location for Duck Village - not walkable though. Be sure to understand housing layout - not your typical floor plan - but works great depending on what your plans may be. Added suite downstairs was nice and private for separate couple. Tight parking in the driveway for trucks and larger size vehicles.
