About this property

Newly renovated house in Duck

  • Newly renovated Beach House located 2.5 miles north of the heart of Duck and 1.5 miles south of The Sanderling Resort. (Bike/Walking trail in both directions) The side porch has an AMAZING view overlooking the Sound perfect for evening sunsets. It is also a short 4-5 min walk to the beach for beautiful morning sunrises. A wonderful place for a little relaxation. My husband and I bought this house in Duck for family vacations to create many memories but wanted to share that with others. We currently live in Currituck but love going to Duck for the weekends
