Nice Place

I loved the property. It's right on the beach. Has a pool and a hottub. If you've never been to Duck before, brace yourself for traffic. There is only one road you can use to get anywhere, and it will frequently get jammed up. And on days when people are checking in, it's a night mare.

Very well equipped beach house. Overall great experience and easy check in. Loved the clean pool and hot tub area, extra/outdoor showers and half bath. Plenty of coffee makers and mugs! :) Elderly will probs find it difficult to get to the beach everyday getting over the dune (a lot of stairs) but that would be par for most beach homes. The only "issue" we had was the odd acoustics.....except for voices and music, every other sound was amplified to the bedrooms below the main living space. A couple(very minor) concerns were immediately addressed when we checked in....thank you!
