Excellent property a short walk away from the beach and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. There was a ton of beach gear in the garage and we could have saved ourselves the trouble of bringing a bunch of stuff as they had boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon for hauling stuff, coolers and even a small beach tent. If you wanted it, they also had bikes and kayaks. The little trundle bed under the bunks had too thin of a mattress to be useful for our teenagers so one boy ended up sleeping on the living room couch. The couch is a sleeper sofa, but again, the mattress is the typical thin variety. These would work well for small children but teens and adults would find the mattresses inadequate. There is a carbon monoxide detector in the house which I saw was questioned in the description. They provided a nice starter pack with household essentials but you'll want to pick up toilet paper and more trash bags if you're staying more than a couple days. There seemed to be a few non working outlets around the house but that was easy enough to work around. Be sure to stagger your showers since you'll run out of hot water after a couple back to back. The biggest complaint we had was the flapper on the oven exhaust was apparently broken so every time the wind blew (and it was very windy) the flapper would open and snap shut loudly. Not ideal when you have someone sleeping on the couch next to the kitchen. I let the property manager know so hopefully it's fixed!
