Family yearly reunion

Beautiful comfortable house for our yearly family get together. The house has everything we needed and more. House clean. Pool & hot tub clean. Close to beach. This house was perfect for our family vacation and management was very quick to answer our questions. I would highly recommend!

Gorgeous Updated Home, Tanning Pool

Absolutely stunning home with so much family space. The Bedrooms were large, bathrooms with showers that were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lots of nooks for individual away times for reading, resting, tv. Tanning pool was beautiful. The furniture was all very elegant.Improvements needed - water pressure on 3rd floor when other showers in use, kitchen towels were not provifed, waterfall at the pool wasn't operating.

Huge house, close to great beach

The house is in a good location and convenient to grocery stores, dining, shopping and activities. It is minutes from Duck and the beach, and close to Kitty Hawk and the bridge to the mainland. You can ride bikes to Duck on a nice paved bike path. The house is spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture and cozy spaces for gathering. The pool and hot tub were nice to have and well maintained! We especially loved the pool furniture. Advertising of the golf cart was a little misleading. It can only be used for transport to the beach, but can't be parked there. So, one person in the party needs to ferry beach stuff and people to the beach, then return the golf cart to the house and walk back. Also, since this was someone's main residence before it became a rental, it had a ton of high-tech appliances and wiring that we had to figure out. As this house is a new rental property, it didn't have any instructions for us to follow. I would recommend to the owners to put some instructions together to cut down on calls to the property manager. Only other comments are to include placemats for the large dining table. We never sat there because we didn't want to hurt the table. We also would have loved some beach towels for the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed where we were, but preferred the quaintness of Corolla to the commercialism of Duck. Overall, we did really enjoy the rental and would recommend the house and area.
