The top level great room offers dining and living area space for everyone to enjoy movies and delicious meals prepared in the upscale, well-equipped kitchen. No need for you to carry your luggage or groceries from floor to floor take advantage of the elevator that has access to all levels. Relax on the spacious decks with a favorite book or beverage.

    Take advantage of the community amenities that the Sanderling offers with two outdoor pools, tennis court, sound-side dock and beach accesses.

Terrific beach house!

Terrific place! Spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Just like the photos! Our family loved our stay and our time on the beach just a short walk away.
