House Layout:
Ground Level:
Entry area, laundry, den with kitchenette, cabana bath, and three full bathrooms. Includes one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite access to a full bath with pool access, plus two additional bedrooms with double bunk beds connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill full bath.

Level 1:
Two queen bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bath, and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, private ensuite bath, and direct access to the deck with hot tub.

Level 2:
Main living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, and a half bath. Also features a queen bedroom with private ensuite full bath. This level opens to expansive, multi-level decks with plenty of space for taking in ocean breezes and gathering with family and friends.

Upper Level:
Ship’s watch with built-in bench seating and spectacular ocean views—the perfect spot to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or a peaceful moment overlooking the coast.

There is a $150 Fee to include Bed Linens (coordinated after booking) with all Beds made up upon your arrival. towels and toiletries are not available but beach and bath towel rental can be coordinated with several beach rental companies in the area.
