This 3-story townhome centrally located in Kitty Hawk has been fully renovated on 2024 and offers direct beach access and panoramic ocean views! The top floor dazzles with an open-concept kitchen, a dining area for six, a smart TV lounge, and a deck perfect for sunrise coffee. The second floor offers two serene bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy exclusive access to a sparkling pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, fitness center & clubhouse—all within your tranquil oceanfront community. Steps from Outer Banks adventures and top restaurants, with contactless check-in, parking for 2-3 cars, and a dedicated host ready to elevate your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are supplied for your stay. Beach towels are not provided.
A variety of beach chairs and toys are provided for guests to enjoy. The garage includes an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing sand away after a day at the shore. Additionally, the laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are situated in the garage.
The second floor contains two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
- The first bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony.
- The second bedroom offers two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
- Both rooms include generous closets and televisions.
