Ungepflegt Immobilie, von außen wie innen. Schaut nur auf den ersten Blick vielleicht wow aus. Beim genauen hinsehen ist der Lack schon längst ab an Fassade und Möbeln. Mit der Sicherung gab es auch nur Probleme, musste selbst raus finden wo es Probleme gibt. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen gewesen. Per Mail nicht mal auf den defekten TV und den zweiten TV ohne Kabel eingegangen. Die Langhaar Teppiche sehen zwar gemütlich aus, sind aber dreckig und unhygienisch ohne Ende. Münzen, Essensreste und Tierhaare sind ohne weiteres zu finden, in den dicke Wollen. Wer allergisch ist, Prost Mahlzeit. Die Fenster sind nur scheinbar hochwertig. Noch dazu sind die Fenstertüren sehr leicht aufzuheben. Die Terrasse ist marode, die Gartenmöbel verfallen. Das Grundstück war ungepflegt. An einem Samstag kam ein Nachbar der dann Unkraut rupfte und liegen lies. Und nachts kamen skurrile Lieferwägen und Besuch aus Slowakei die im Keller umeinander werkelten. Dubios und skurril irgendwie.
