We enjoyed our stay in Oberndorf and its surroundings and visited several loval ski-ing areas. The house is very nice in terms of comfort and atmosphere in the living room. Only the sleeping arrangements can be improved.

Great view, and location.No washing machine. Poor lighting. Problem with wifi first 2 days (then resolved). Farmers field just below had manure spread on it twice so very unpleasant smell all afternoon. Slightly awkward entrance, with outside, then steep inside steps. Quirky, but ok.

Hübsch, aber zu teuer.Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser. Erster Eindruck beim Betreten: Es riecht nach Kamin/Holzrauch.Viele Wandermöglichkeiten im Leukental. „Chalet“ ist irreführend. Es ist ein schmuckloser Steinbau mit Holzbeiwerk, dafür war in der Wohnung viel Holz im Landhausstil.Meiner Frau war das Interieur zu „privat“ – etliche Hochzeitsfotos der Eigentümer, gut eingerichtet aber zuviel Toskana-Chichi.Ärgerlich war, dass trotz Telefonaten (nach Deutschland mit Fewo direkt und Eigentümer) und Mailverkehr kein Internet zur Verfügung stand. Unsere Datenvolumen war schnell aufgebraucht, wir mussten zweimal nachkaufen. Der Vermieter war freundlich und bemüht, aber letztlich erfolglos: Eine Woche ohne WLAN und ohne TV im Hauptraum (Magenta-Technik).Fazit: zu teuer für das Angebot.

Prachtig appartement met mooi uitzicht aan de rand can Oberndorf in tirol. Vandaaruit heel goed dagtrips te plannen en goed te bereizen. Ook tal van wandelroutes te plannen.

Der Ausblick dieser Wohnung ist einfach nicht zu toppen! Sie ist gemütlich und zum wohlfühlen. Wenn das Höllenbett nicht wäre, das zu kurz und viel zu hart ist, würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Aber so haben wir zu schlecht geschlafen.

Fewo mit tollem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser

Die fewo ist sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick auf diesen herrlichen Berg wirklich ganz toll. Alles ist optimal eingerichtet, die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Bäder. Lediglich das Bett ist ziemlich oldscool und mit einer Länge von 1,80 m sehr kurz. Würde man die unnötigen Regale und den Schreibtisch aus dem Raum entfernen, entstünde Platz für ein schönes 2 x 2 m- Bett.Ansonsten ist alles top!Minuspunkte gibts leider für die Kommunikation. Auf Fragen unsererseits gabs keine Antworten. So mussten wir uns die Gästekarten selber im Gemeindeamt holen und den passenden Zugangscode von freundlichen Mitbewohnern des Hauses erfragen. Das könnte sicherlich besser laufen.

Wir sind begeistert von der sehr sauberen, großräumigen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und dessen Lage direkt am Lift. Der Blick aus dem Panoramafensterdirekt auf den Wilden Kaiser ist absolutes Highlight.Sehr sehr netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern.2 Bäder, zwei Kamine und eine Küche mit allen drum und dran z.B.(Gewürze ohne Ende), Lampen und Kerzen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre geben der FeWo den i-Punkt. Wir kommen gern wieder, da auch die Nähe zum fantastischem Kitzbühler Skigebiet punktet!

Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick auf die Berge

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick durchs Panoramafenster. Die Wohnung war ganz toll warm und ist super geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Leider ab 2025 nur noch ohne Hund, ansonsten wären wir vielleicht nochmal dort hin gekommen. Kritikpunkt wäre der Zugang zur Wohnung da dieser mit Bänken und Tischen ziemlich voll gestellt ist. Die schon mehrmals angesprochenen Gewürze welche seit Jahren abgelaufen sind sowie versch. Spinnennetze welche nach einer Reinigung mit ihrer "Profi Reinigungs Firma" nicht sein dürften. Als kleiner Mangel wäre auch die angepriesene aber nicht funktionierte die Subwoofer-Anlage wo einfach die Kabel ab sind sowie der Kaffeeautomat welchen wir erst mal selber reinigen mussten.Wie schon gesagt hat es uns in der Wohnung trotzdem sehr gut gefallen und wir würden diese auch wieder nehmen, geht leider nicht da kein Hund mehr erlaubt ist.Mfg. Alles perfekt. Equipement complet,maison très propre,vue magnifique sur le Wilder Kaiser,calme. Un tout petit détail qui ne retire rien à ce qui précède : nous avions un ordinateur et la connexion était souvent impossible le matin.Cela peut venir de mon ordinateur ou du réseau local ( j'habite un petit village et il m'arrivait la même chose avant l'arrivée de la fibre).Ce n'est qu'un détail insignifiant.Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.Salutations à Petra et son mari avec qui nous aurions peut-être pu discuter en allemand - du moins ce qu'il en reste.Merci.

Geen luxe appertement

Dit is geen luxe appatement. Het appartement was wel heel ruim en groot. En het uitzicht was adembenemend mooi. Maar er kunnen wel wat zaken verbeterd worden. Het bed was keihard . Je sliep preces op een een plank. Een vliegenraam zou ook wel van pas komen. Er waren veel vliegen, muggen en wespen want er was een nest aan de straatkant. Onderaan was ook heel veel rommel. Dat is geen luxe. En er is maar 1 kamer. Dus verkeerde informatie.

Enttäuscht

Die Wohnung, die Lage an sich ist echt toll. Leider müssen wir uns den Bewertungen von 2022 anschließen. Es ging los mit dem Zugang zum Haus man kam kaum an den alten vergammelten Holzbänken mit dem Koffer vorbei. In der Wohnung angekommen hingen an der Decke Spinnennetzen, Fenster schmutzig. Wollten Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomat lassen ,funktioniert nicht verkalkt. Im Backofen noch das Backpapier vom Gast davor. Das Sofa total versüfft und durchgesessen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer (180x180) hart wie ein Brett. In den Küchenschränken Gewürze die 2007 abgelaufen sind. Die Bäder sind schön und sehen auch renoviert aus. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom vorderen Balkon mit Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser sind TOP. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ok es sollten eben ein paar Dinge einfach gemacht werden und nicht nur kassiert werden. Eine Investition in ein neues Sofa würde sich definitiv lohnen. Den hinteren Balkon (bergseitig) kann man fast nicht nutzen da der Nachbar ihn mit nutzt und seine Katze in der Nacht dort laufen lässt. Die Kifferei des Nachbarn war auch nicht gerade der Renner. Nur wegen der Aussicht und der Lage blieben wir 8 Tage anstatt der bezahlten 10 Tage. Alles in allem für uns ein enttäuschender Urlaub.

Ein Juwel mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben das großzügige Appartement geliebt. Noch nie hatte ich eine Espressomaschine incl. Bohnen, oder einen zusätzlichen Getränkekühlschrank vor Ort. Ja, es stimmt dass es Kritikpunkte gibt. Diese betreffen aber nicht die Wohnung sondern äußere Umstände. Ja direkt nebenan ist eine gut besuchte MTB Strecke mit Lift, ja man hört auf dem Balkon die Hauptstrasse die etwa 700m entfernt im Tal entlangläuft, ja das Erdgeschoss ist ein abgerocktes Cafe mit allerhand altem Mobiliar an der Hauswand. Trotzdem ist das Appartement ein Juwel und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Ein Traum!
