"Rooms had no towels or drinking water when we arrived at this local Swahili-style accommodation. When given bathroom towels we were told to use the same towels for the beach. That night we kindly enquired if they would prepare a whole fish for us if we were to buy from the beach and we were rudely told no. "Great to have a pool but quite a basic place to stay. By the looks of it the photos were taken quite some time ago as there’s no hammock & the door in the middle has been boarded up. The listing is misleading, it has 2 (not 3) bedrooms & 2 (not 3) bathrooms. The ‘kitchen’ is a fridge & freezer, nothing else - although there is a nice big dinning table outside to sit at. "We stayed at Simba for 4 days and our time there was so great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (we ate breakfast there every morning and dinner there every night).
