"They run this hotel like a low cost airline, everything is chargeable. There’s no bottle water for guest which only stay for one night. If you want extra towel they’ll charge you. If you want late check out even just for one hour they’ll charge you. Breakfast if the worst I’ve seen in Japan with very limited options and taste was below average.
All in all, there’s no chance I’m coming back again "
