"The property is near restaurants and shopping. It is on a busy corner. The one thing noted is walking up the stairs it is obvious the cleaning staff do not clean the carpeted stairs often as there was a lot of noted debri on them. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Though there was a refrigerator in the room it was not turned on and no switch could be seen in or dial could be found to turn the refrigerator on. It appeared to be plugged in. "

"Lovely place. Only stayed a short while but it was beautiful and very pleasant. Lots of amenities. The staff was terrific. The only rough spot for me was lack of availability for charging my car. Someone in another car parked at the single charging station all afternoon and all night and didn’t inform the front desk of who they were or when they would move. I really needed some power so this was a hassle. The hotel is planning to upgrade their charging station so this issue might be outdated. And it’s more about another customer, rather than the hotel. In any event, if you’re driving electric, check with the resort and plan accordingly."

"Carl at the front desk went above and beyond to help us park a large trailer that we were towing. He moved his own personal vehicle so that our rig could be parked in sight of the security cameras. He was very friendly and helpful. "

"View of Klamath lake from our room. Walking distance to so many food eateries. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy. Staff quick to respond if you call for extra towels. Traveled from out of state with a team of 15 athletes , we all had a Great experience. Thanks Shilo Inn! "

"The GM Esmeralda really helped me out when I was stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Every day I didn't know if I needed to be there the next or not. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times but didn't have to switch rooms or hotels even though I booked online. I really appreciate her making an otherwise chaotic trip smooth so far as the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice. "
