Cleanliness: Very neat and clean rooms. Fresh sheets and towels. Communication: Fantastic communication. Accidentally left a toiletry bag and some items in the fridge and we promptly got a call to ask if we still wanted the items. Property Condition: The room itself was well maintained. One of the lightbulbs was out and the light switch panel was broken but no major issues. All of the amenities that came with the stay worked with no issues i.e. Fridge, TV, and WiFi. Area around the property: The nature area around the room and cabins was absolutely stunning. Even during the winter, the property was a dream to walk around. There are not a lot of stores or restaurants immediately near by so prepare to bring your own food or drive ~30 minutes.

I arrived after hours to the cabin but the gentleman in charge was very communicative via text on how I can get access into the room after hours. The room itself was comfortable and clean with a king sized bed. It’s an older building it seems, but very well kept in my opinion. I arrived late and left early the next morning, so didn’t get a chance to explore much of the property, but it seems like a great place to stay for a family as well as they offer a lake experience with water activities. The location is off the beaten path and surrounded by woods, which makes it feel more natural and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying here and if I’m ever back in the area I will plan to stay again!

The cabin was cozy but no TV The restaurant food was cold with no flavor and waitress didn't care about how our meal was ! Had to get our own salt and pepper and extra napkins ! In other words poor service ! Room manager wouldn't let us in at 2:00 said they were still cleaning room but nobody was around any of the 4 cabins we were going to stay in! There were shorts in the electric in bathroom the receptable wasn't working !

Enjoyed our stay but definitely on the rustic side. The overall property is showing some signs of “aging” and perhaps a lack of adequate staff/resources. Gorgeous view. Had a very nice meal at the onsite restaurant for dinner. No TV. Some RVs on site as well.

I entered a room that was already occupied prior to my arrival, although I arrived hours after check-in. The bed was unkempt, the trash was full. All of the towels were used. No one bothered to clean the room before my arrival, I had to go next door to the laundry for fresh towels. Extremely poor service. The TV, heater, fan, refrigerator, shower, and lighting were okay, however the microwave didn’t work and there was a power outage on the property one of my nights there.

The cabin was good and pretty clean. However either too hot or no heat. Loved the on site laundry and the restaurant was delicious. However the second night they decided to close the restaurant and there was absolutely nothing else closer than 45 minutes away. Luckily we had a few groceries and could eat dinner The view was picture perfect.

This was the perfect spot to stay when we visited Crater Lake. We are already looking forward to coming back next year to explore more around here. We stayed in the hotel. They have five rooms. The resort also has individual cabins and campsites. Everything was clean. They do an excellent job of making it feel cozy. The camp store has snacks, some camping gear, fishing supplies, etc. for purchase at a reasonable price. They also have DVDs you can borrow for free which came in handy because two afternoons we were there it rained. The restaurant also has really quality food and has a beautiful view to look at while you eat. The guy who ran the store as well as the servers in the restaurant were all very friendly. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The only thing to note is the restaurant does seem to close early without notice. Our last night there, we wanted to eat a later dinner so we walked up at 7:30 but the door was locked even though the sign says they’re open every day 5-8pm. No big deal, I wouldn’t expect a place like this to stay open if no customers were there, but something to note if you’re planning on a later dinner because there’s no restaurants close by the resort.

There were smashed bugs all over the ceiling. The second blanket for the bed was crumpled up and had clearly not been washed. The shower had hair on the floor had also not been cleaned.

The cabin wasn’t very clean. The floor was dirty under the furniture and the tub/shower area wasn’t clean because the tub drains poorly. The cabin needs an update or some attention paid to fixing things inside the cabin. The highlight was that the food in the restaurant was good but the service was slow.
