「We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount...

「If you like rustic, this place is for you. It's location on the banks of the Applegate River is fantastic. We also had an exceptional dinner at the on-site restaurant. the ambiance is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.」

「The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. The facility is nicely located for all we did in Ashland for the weekend, very walkable. The breakfast was robust and well stocked, offering gluten free and dairy free options. The bed was comfortable and slept well, the noise level was minimal.
