"First time to stay within the Shangri-La hotel brand and I was not disappointed. Expectations were exceeded. From the excellent service of all the staff to the ambience of the lobby bar, with live music, this hotel is definitely now my preferred choice for trips to Kuala Lumpur."

"the room really wasn’t very clean at all, especially the toilet, really not clean. i scan their QR code to ask for extra soap bar and box of tissue, i waited for two days, i never received them, at end of two days, i had to go downstairs to reception to ask for them, plus on that day, i am using ..."
