「As we arrived/departed outside business hours, we did not see the personal, but their communication via Expedia chat was very friendly and polite. They also upgraded our room to Superior one for free, which was a pleasant surprise. 「We only spent one night here as we’re visiting Leipzig for a football match, at the Red Bull arena, so didn’t use the kitchen facilities. 「Viele kleine Sachen haben nicht funktioniert. Zum Beispiel passen die Kaffeetassen nicht in die Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt keinen Schrank, und keinen Ort/Fläche wo man Kleidung ablegen kann. Der Eingang zum Apartment ist sehr eng und mit Staubsauger und anderem Zeugs voll gestellt so dass man mit dem Koffer gar nicht durchkommt.
Die Kommunikation war schlecht: man konnte die Räume nicht abdunkeln. Gegenüber ist ein Restaurant und die Leute können direkt ins Fenster schauen man hat keine...
